Aginda graduated from the Aveda Institute of Des Moines in October of 2015. She was hired for her first spa job in December of 2015 and specialized in skin care. She was a part of an up-and-coming spa that won multiple awards along with title of "Best New Spa" with City View’s Best of Des Moines within its first year & gained the title of lead esthetician. In June of 2019, she received a wonderful opportunity to work for a highly-respected permanent makeup salon. Aginda began work there as an aesthetician, then expanded her services into permanent makeup artistry, her most recent love. During her time there, the spa was award the city's "Best Permanent Makeup" in 2022 & 2023. She received training from Pinpoint Academy in July of 2019 and gained the title of Master Artist in October of 2022. She worked for & was mentored under the owner until starting her own business in June of 2023.
